We are a license travel company that is committed in providing quality service and reasonable price. You are happy what we care for the most.

What kind of car we offer?

Our company use new and high quality car such as Toyota, Honda, Ford, it is from 4 seats to 16 seats.

How do I book a car?

Choose a program or your trip and fill up the booking form or send us an email.

Where is the pick-up location?

  • At the airport:
    Please make sure to indicate the flight number, during the booking process. Our driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with your name plate.
  • At the Train Station:
    The driver will wait for you at main gate of Train Station with your name plate.
  • From the hotel:
    Depending on your request, the driver will wait outside the hotel or inform the reception of his arrival.
  • In any case, you don’t see our driver at the designated time and location, please call +84.935.616.090.

Which languages do our drivers speak?

In principle, all our drivers speak basically English to help you along the way with ticketing, local lunch and protect you from hassle. Should you express a particular wish concerning the booking, we are happy to try and accommodate it. If you wish to have a fluent English Speaking Companion, you should email us as well as our driver is not a tour guide.

How do I know when the booking is confirmed?

  • We will try to answer your inquiry as soon as possible. And we will inform and confirm your booking by email.

How many people in the car?

Depending on how many people in your group, we will use the car suitable for you (4 seats, 7 seats, 16 seats)

Can I stop in some places I prefer?

Yes, of course. But please note that we will only stop at some places that are in the same direction with the itinerary. If there are some places that you want to stop-over in different direction, you will have to pay extra depending on the distance of each place.

I don’t want to follow your itinerary, can I get car with driver and make my own trip?

Yes, you can. Please let us know your itinerary and the number of people in your group. We will arrange and confirm booking by email.

Is tip included for the driver?

No it isn’t. The price we offer is excluding the tip for driver and porters. When we deliver the service and you are happy with it, you can give tip to the driver.

How long in advance should I book?

  • If you book service in directly, currently the lead-time is one hour, but we are constantly seeking to reduce it. During peak times and after office hours, we would advise you to book at least 2 hours in advance to guarantee the transfer.
  • If you want to book on internet, please make the booking 24 hours beforehand.

When does the service end?

Our service will end when we meet your expectation over what we previously agreed and confirmed via email.

How do I pay?

If you book the service in our office directly, we accept payment by credit card and/or cash.
If you book the service on our website, we accept payment by Bank Transfer, which will be sent to your email to make a payment.

Can I have a tour guide?

Yes, you can. Please let us know during the booking process and inform us what language you prefer. We will arrange a tour guide to assist you during your trip.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can. Please inform us know 24 hours beforehand if you book service on internet.

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

Our drivers are required to check the car after they drop off their passengers. Therefore, when you forget something in the car, it won’t be lost. However, we assume no responsibility for loss or damaged goods. Please contact us immediately after you realize that you miss something with an e-mail containing your order number and your phone number. Of course, you can also call us at +84.935.616.090.

How about cancellation policy?

– Before you receive a confirmation with the driver details, you can cancel the booking at any time free of charge. After the confirmation, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hour before the scheduled pick-up time, a part or the entire price will be charged. You can cancel by calling our hotline +84.935.616.090. Please note that cancellations on short notice should not be made by e-mail.

How good is your driver?

Most drivers of our company are trained and licensed driver. A driver’s license must be issued by the Ministry of Transport and can be used all over Vietnam.
We are Travel Agent, so we focus on reputation and quality of service. We are confident that our drivers will ensure absolute safety for passengers.

Am I allowed to smoke in the vehicle?

No, we don’t permit smoking in our vehicles. We do not want to risk the health of everyone in the car. Please understand.
