How to book your tour?
The best way to book your reservation (and I strongly recommend this method) is to reach me via WhatsApp at US +1 (916) 4695676 (I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in the States). I will try to accommodate you, even on short notice, and I will confirm your tour immediately via WhatsApp.
My ultimate goal is for you to walk away happy and be willing to recommend us to others. If I am unable to provide you with excellent tour guides, I will have to decline your request.
The second way to book your tour is to send me a short tour inquiry of what tour, how many people and what date you would like to tour via email at thuatbeebeetravel@gmail.com.
If you have time, read the payment and cancellation policy below. If not, you should not worry as I will remind you when we talk. I look forward to arrange the best experience for you in Hue, Danang and Hoi An.
Payment methods
I will send you my payment information to deposit for your tours.
- PayPal: We accept payments through PayPal, which incurs a small 3.64% fee to cover transaction costs.
- Venmo/Zelle (only for customers from the US)
- Cash on the tour date: If none of the above methods are feasible for you, I understand and trust you to make the payment in cash on the day of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I absolutely empathize with the need to cancel. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure, you will receive a full refund (minus any applicable transfer fees).
However, if you cancel within 24 hours, I will need to charge a minimum of 70% of the tour price. I want to emphasize that I would prefer not to charge you this fee, as I value your satisfaction as a customer.
However, I am also responsible for the livelihoods of my team of tour guides and drivers. Their schedules are carefully arranged in advance, making it challenging to find suitable alternative tours for them on short notice. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and kindness regarding this policy.
Together with my team, I will do everything I can to make your time in Hue a memorable one. It’s not just a job for us – it’s our pride, our passion, and our way of showing love for this special city and I cannot wait to see you in Hue!
