Lang Co Beach Hue

Hue is not only famous for its long history of 13 Nguyen Dynasty Kings, but also for its beautiful beaches. Lang Co Beach, along with Thuan An and Ham Rong beach, and Hoi An beach, has become a popular destination for sun-seekers in Central Vietnam. Located just 30 km south of Danang and 70 km north of Hue city, Lang Co Beach stretches for 10 kilometers and is situated between three World Cultural Heritage centers: Hue Imperial City, Hoi An Ancient Town, and Son Tra Peninsula.

Why Lang Co?

Lang Co Beach has a long history as a fishing village and a paradise for many white storks. In the past, it was called “Làng Cò,” which means “village of storks,” and later renamed “Lăng Cô.” The beach is considered a fairyland scene under Khai Dinh Emperor and has become an ideal place to stay and avoid the heat during summer.
