Day 1: Dong Hoi Airport Pickup

On your arrival at the Dong Hoi Airport, you will be greeted by our English-speaking driver. Then he will take you to your hotel in Phong Nha Town.

The next activity in Dong Hoi/Phong Nha will be customized to your flight schedule. You can relax in your hotel after the long flight or explore on-the-way attractions nearby.

You spend a night at Phong Nha Town to get energy for tomorrow’s cave adventures.

Day 2: Phong Nha-Ke Bang Cave Adventure

You have breakfast at the hotel. Then, the next day of the 5D4N Vietnam Tour Package starts by exploring Phong Nha Cave.

Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park is one of Vietnam’s UNESCO World Natural Heritage Sites. It’s famous for its majestic cave system scattering around lush jungles. Therefore, you can discover the breathtaking beauty of the caves.

Moreover, the park has beautiful limestone formations, grottos, caves, and forests. Also, it contains the largest primeval forest in Vietnam and the biggest limestone mountain range on the planet.

From Phong Nha Wharf, you will take a boat trip on the Son River to discover the Phong Nha Cave, an icon of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park.

Dark Cave – Chay River

Before continuing, you will have lunch at a local restaurant with sticky rice and grilled wild pork or chicken.

In the latter half of your day, you will head to the entertainment complex of Dark Cave and Chay River. It lines a group of fun activities, such as mud bathing, ziplining, kayaking, swimming, etc.

Finally, our car will take you back to your hotel in Phong Nha. You have dinner, call it a day, and spend a night here.

Day 3: Hue City Tour

Day 3 traveling on the 5D4N Vietnam Tour Package will be filled with impressive historical constructions in Hue, a heritage city.

In The Morning

After breakfast in your hotel in Phong Nha, a private car will pick you up to transfer to Hue via Highway 1A (4 hours). En route, you will have the wonderful opportunity to visit a DMZ site, Hien Luong Bridge. It once acted as the border dividing North and South Vietnam.

Upon arrival at Hue City, you will have lunch and start discovering one of Vietnam’s most famous ancient capitals.

In The Afternoon

First, your team will discover the Khai Dinh Tomb, the most prominent among the 7 Hue royal tombs. It boasts a unique architectural combination and gorgeous decorations, which hide intriguing stories behind them.

Then, you will visit the complex of Hue Imperial City. It’s closely associated with the Nguyen Emperors and important historical events in Hue. With an excellent local tour guide, you will enjoy its striking structures, such as the palaces, ornate halls, libraries, residences, colleges, Flag Tower, and Noon Gate.

Finally, you will take a dragon boat trip down the romantic Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda. This religious site is one of the most beautiful and oldest pagodas in Hue.

In The Evening

After your exciting Hue city tour, dinner will be served at a local restaurant. After that, you are free to venture out on your own or take it easy and relax in your hotel room in Hue City.

Day 4: Da Nang City Tour

After a night and a hearty breakfast in Hue City, our private car will pick you up and head to Da Nang City.

Before reaching Danang, you cannot miss out on the sightseeing spots on this scenic route. You will stop at the mountain’s foot to admire a panoramic view of Lang Co Beach and go up the majestic Hai Van Pass. This sightseeing route takes about 3–3.5 hours.

On arrival at Da Nang City, you will have lunch at a local eatery and begin exploring this city by visiting its famous tourist attractions, such as:

Cham Sculpture Museum: This museum has the most extensive collection of Cham art sculptures. Its exhibits date from the 7th to the 15th century. Therefore, it’s the best place to learn about the Champa Kingdom, a vanished civilization.

Marble Mountains: It’s a large complex of several marble peaks. You will take an elevator up a peak (normally Water Mountain) and discover its otherworldly attractions, such as ancient pagodas, temples, natural caves, grottos, Buddha statues, and diverse nature.

My Khe Beach: Then you return to the city center and enjoy a Da Nang beach. Since Danang is a coastal city, it has nice beaches for tourists to wind down, watch the local life, and enjoy many beach activities.

Finally, you will check into a hotel, have dinner, and spend a night in Da Nang City.

Day 5: Hoi An City Tour – Da Nang Airport

The last day of the 5D4N Central Vietnam Tour Package is dedicated to the poetic destination of Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.

First, you have breakfast, check out from the hotel, and get transferred to Hoi An by a private car (an hour). Upon arrival at Hoi An, a local tour guide will take you to the best attractions, such as:

Chinese Assembly Halls: Chinese merchants once flocked to Hoi An for business. Thus, their constructions have still remained here, such as Fujian Assembly Hall, Hainan Assembly Hall, and Cantonese Assembly Hall.

Japanese Covered Bridge: Also, you must visit Hoi An’s icon, the Japanese Covered Bridge. It’s an ancient bridge topped by a pagoda, crossing a small channel. Tourists are fascinated due to its vintage and unique structure.

Tan Ky Old House: This is one of Hoi An’s most famous old houses. Its exteriors and interiors have been kept so well that you feel as if you were back in time.

Visiting Hoi An offers a look into the history and a way of life from days gone by in the well-preserved and cared-for buildings.

Moreover, this ancient town offers tourists a chance to go shopping for silk, garments, fashion items, and souvenirs. Also, at noon, you will have lunch at an authentic local restaurant.

Finally, your visit to Hoi An ends. Our driver will take you to Da Nang International Airport for your flight to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
