Tour guide Miss Le Huyen My (pronounced me) and dedicated driver for whole day.
we have been touring vietnam and taken personal tours in Hanoi, Hoi An, group tour in ha long Bay. All have been good.
But this tour and in particular the service provided by miss My, was beyond exceptional, she was utterly charming, very knowledgeable, patient, taking as long as we wanted to answer all of our questions and assist us in so many ways including introducing us to new exotic foods, and met our every need and request. Hue is not my favourite destination, it rained most of the day, but My turned a dull day into an experience we will remember for years to come. Her English was also perfect!
The cost was very reasonable and brilliant value for money, I cannot recommend Bee Bee travel and in particular My highly enough, they were BRILLIANT!
A special thanks to our Driver, who was also always on time and did everything we asked of him, he spoke little English but his service was second to none and a calm driver in manic traffic, he made us feel safe and comfortable at all times.
Overall premier class!!
Thank you
Mark and Bianca
On n’avait qu’à profiter !
Cam on Beebee Travel ^^
I can’t review the tours because I never actually did any, but I can say that the staff were brilliant when I had to cancel four tours at extremely short notice due to illness. They were very understanding and, even though they weren’t obliged to provide any refund, they didn’t charge for two tours and gave me half-price for the other two.
